Delivery Time – Orders usually ship within 24 hours on weekdays Mondays to Fridays unless it is a holiday in Ontario, Canada. If your order is on a Friday you order may ship out same day or on the Monday (depends on your postal code and time of day your order is received). Once your order is shipped it usually takes between 1 and 5 business days for a courier delivery. For example a typical order to Montreal can be next day (providing order is received early enough for courier to pickup same day) and a typical order to Vancouver is usually quoted for delivery in 5 business days.
To ship your order, we use Purolator Courier, Canpar Courier and Canada Post. We choose the delivery service which is determined by your postal code, services for your area and if your address is a PO Box.

Easy No Hassle Returns
Did you order the wrong colour or model and want to change your order? Or have you decided you just don't want the purchase at this time? No worries! At Good 4 Life Mart, you can change your mind and return new unused and unopened purchases for FREE*. Here is the break down about Returns and Exchanges.
- Firstly keep in mind, returns are for new unused purchases only. This means the item is in original, unused condition and is in original manufacturer’s packaging that has not been defaced or altered in any way (including all the contents and warranty cards enclosed). If you use a product and would like to seek replacement or exchange, no problem you have options! Just contact your merchandise manufacturer for assistance to use your product warranty. - Secondly, login to your account or create your account, once logged in. Find your order, and select option to submit a return request. Submit request within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Thirdly, wait for notification that you have been approved and given a return authorization number. This means after we review your return request, verify you meet requirements listed above. Providing you meet the requirements (described above), you will be given a return authorization number. Often processed same day or next business day.
- Fourthly post your merchandise for return, with the Return Authorization Number written on the label but not on the box. It is recommended that it is shipped with condition of signature required to verify delivery and receipt of the return.
Follow steps 1 to 4 and your refund will be issued in one of the following ways.
- *You can receive a credit for the full amount you originally paid for exchanges or store credits. Return shipping is reimbursed by Good 4 Life Mart. OR
- You can get a monetary refund for the amount you originally paid. You pay for the return shipping costs.
