Rates - All orders over $99 are FREE (value before taxes).
Orders that are less than $99.00 are charged a flat rate fee of $10.00 CAD.
Delivery Time – When you choose In stock products, they are shipped out within 1-2 business days and reach destination typically within 1 – 7 business days. If you choose an item not in stock, or a special order item, then expect to wait around 4 – 10 business days longer. During holiday season, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer. Shipments are by courier. Sometimes Canada Post is used, however this usually reserved for more remote ship-to addresses. Regardless of delivery service, shipments are sent with signature required. If you have any special request such as a shipping date preferences, just let us know and we will make the change or let you know what options can be arranged with the courier.
GST, GST + PST, or HST Taxes are based on your ship to address province. Canada tax rates are as follows: Albert 5%, British Columbia 12%, Manitoba 12%, New Brunswick 15%, Newfound and Labrador 15%, Northwest Territories 5%, Nunavut 5%, Prince Edward Island 15%, Quebec 14.975, Saskatchewan 11% and Yukon 5%. The calculation is done automatically in the shopping cart on the check out page, after your ship-to address is entered.

Easy No Hassle Returns
Did you order the wrong colour or model and want to change your order? Or have you decided you just don't want the purchase at this time? No worries! At Good 4 Life Mart, you can change your mind and return new unused and unopened purchases for FREE*. Here is the break down about Returns and Exchanges.
- Firstly keep in mind, returns are for new unused purchases only. This means the item is in original, unused condition and is in original manufacturer’s packaging that has not been defaced or altered in any way (including all the contents and warranty cards enclosed). If you use a product and would like to seek return, replacement or exchange, no problem you still have options! Just contact your merchandise manufacturer for assistance to use your product warranty. - Secondly, login to your account or create your account, once logged in. Find your order, and select option to submit a return request. Submit request within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Thirdly, wait for notification that you have been approved and given a return authorization number. This means after we review your return request, verify you meet requirements listed above. Providing you meet the requirements (described above), you will be given a return authorization number. Usually same day on business days.
- Fourthly post your merchandise for return, with the Return Authorization Number written on it (note unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you.) and it must ship with condition of signature required to verify delivery and receipt of the return.
Follow steps 1 to 4 and your refund will be issued in one of the following ways.
- *You can receive a credit for the full amount you originally paid for exchanges or store credits. Return shipping is reimbursed by Good 4 Life Mart. OR
- You can get a monetary refund for the amount you originally paid. You pay for the return shipping costs.
Credits and refunds for returns are processed within 10 days from the date we receive the merchandise.
